Ingredients:

  • 1 x banana
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of spinach
  • 1 tbs of oats
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds
  • Soy milk or Coconut Water (or any milk of your choice)

Tips: If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add some avocado!
