Ingredients:
- 1 x banana
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- 1 tbs of oats
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- Soy milk or Coconut Water (or any milk of your choice)
Tips: If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add some avocado!
